The 2011 BMW 7-Series lineup expands further with the addition of new entry-level, sporty, and gas/electric hybrid models. 2011 BMW 7 Series is the latest entry in the luxurious sedan segment.

The all new 2011 BMW 7 Series, for the very first time in around 20 years comes with a six-cylinder engine. This six cylinder engine was earlier seen powering the all new 740i and 740Li and is an up-rated variants of BMW’s twin-turbo 3.0-liter inline-6. Apart from the six cylinder engine, the other engine choices that we have includes V8, V12 and hybrid engine.

The 2011 BMW 7 Series comes in five trims: 740i, 750i, 740Li, 750Li and 760Li. The “Li” in the trim level indicates the extended-wheelbase body style, while the “750” models are the ones that can be equipped with xDrive all-wheel drive. The standard equipments on BMW 740i includes 18-inch wheels, a sunroof, front and rear parking sensors, adaptive xenon headlights, auto-dimming mirrors, automatic wipers, Foglights, driver memory functions, power front seats, four-zone climate control, a power tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, keyless ignition and leather upholstery.

The 2011 BMW 7 Series will come with 18-inch alloy wheels and run-flat tires in size 245/50R18 all season. BMW's latest flagship sedan comes in a variety of models, ranging from the 740i, 750i, and 760i. Model 740i will push 315 horsepower, 750i, powered by BMW 4.4-liter twin-turbo pushing 400 horsepower and 450 pound-feet of torque.

While the 760i model will be fitted with eight-speed automatic transmission and will find the movement forward and backward. For a sticker price 760Li will start at $ 136,600. Compared to the outgoing model, 7-Series sedan grows with a wheelbase 5.5 inches it.
